Please Note: If you are trying to submit a full payment for the 2% discount (OA Purchases are NOT eligible), our system will reject your payment if it does not match our records. You will receive an on-screen notification containing the eligible amount if the first amount you submit is not correct.

To find your sign id for a full, final, or down payment, check your quote, the sign ID should be in the top right corner.

Our payment portal provides the ability to be able to store your payment data securely. It also allows you to view and pay for orders,invoices,and payment requests with a complete history of your payments made through the portal.

All information entered is confidential and will be securely transmitted. Please understand that by providing the account number, routing number, and amount listed below, you do hereby authorize Watchfire Signs to withdraw these funds via ACH from your bank account. Furthermore, any automatic withdrawal not honored by your financial institution will be considered unpaid.
